Apprentice Employment Consultant Recognition Award Congratulations to Gary Helferty , one of our most experienced plumbers, for being awarded the Apprentice Employment Consultant Recognition Award . Gary’s dedication to mentoring and supporting apprentices has been instrumental in shaping future industry leaders. Pre-Apprenticeship Achievement/Encouragement Award A special congratulations also goes to Tate Smith , a 3rd generation plumber and grandson of former Selected Plumbing partner Des Smith, who received the Pre-Apprenticeship Achievement/Encouragement Award .
